What it is
Assistant embedded in Hacienda Digital to improve the experience for filings, payments and imports/exports.
Context
The only operational citizen-facing virtual assistant in the central government. There is no unified national chatbot in the style of Estonia’s Bürokratt or Singapore’s VICA; each institution builds its own.
